We built this organization for the youth
In 2017, JA Worldwide formed a partnership with The Global Education & Leadership Foundation (tGELF) in a mutual endeavor to innovate and revolutionize the global education space together and fulfil their missions through shared technology and scale. JA Worldwide and tGELF have aligned their efforts to reach more youth to become entrepreneurial leaders who are ethical, inclusive, and altruistic. We collectively aim to bring tGELF programmes and JA programmes to impact a greater number of young people globally.
Our Mission
Our mission is to identify, select, support, monitor, mentor, evaluate, connect and empower ethical and altruistic leaders through partnerships with local and global communities and organizations.
Our Vision
tGELF/JA India seeks to identify and nurture leadership skills rooted in values of ethics and altruism that are outcome-oriented with the goal of building a community of entrepreneurial leaders and change makers.

About Junior Achievement Worldwide
